Have a 94 xj with 4.0/AW4 and since I did 1-ton swap the torque converter doesn't seem to lock-up. Per every calculator I've used I should be doing about 2300 rpm at 65 with 37/5.13, but I'm doing about 2650-2700 rpm. It get's into 4th but the TC doesn't seem to lockup.
My mph gauge is accurate...
I know a few people have swapped various bolts on their 4.0 and AW4 to studs. I'm looking to do a few myself and want to see what others have used and confirm specs/part#'s. Looking for the following:
4.0 ARP rocker studs for HS rockers
4.0 ARP valve cover studs
AW4 ARP pan studs

Just did a 60/14 swap and looking to get rid of my matching 4.56 geared 30/44 axle. Front is stock except gears and rear has an OX manual shift locker with a custom shifter housing that fits perfectly on the floor between the driver seat and door. Haven't seen much on stock D30's.

Accidently ordered an IRO tank skid for the wrong year XJ. Skid is brand new never mounted, even has the foam wrapping on it and around the hardware. Located in the Sylmar area of the SFV. Looking for $200obo, or would consider trade for a 14 bolt w/ disc brakes.
