Bumper got some powder coat. As well as a smitty gen 3 9.5k mounted. Install was very straightforward. I like the spool lighting and load indicator system. Gonna test it out this weekend.

Yes all DOM and high quality welds. There is plenty of spots where excessive slop should not be too much of an issue.

Cant remember the last time I took my own car through an auto wash. Appreciate the info though man! I plan on popping them off and running rtv around the edge to seal them better.

4.5" and 33s are great man. I still have a decent driving experience on roads and freeways, but very capable off road as well with a locker and fender trimming. Although if you have the money to spend, I would just go long arm from the gate.

I got all that tube and some soft shackles so I think I should be set. Thoughts?

Totally understand your concern! I live in the bay area, and as the value increases on our rigs, the likelihood of theft does as well. I run a very basic Autopage 425 with bump sensors and locking lugs. Considering a hidden kill switch as well, but I am curious as well what others are running.

+1 for a DIY spare carrier. I have a custom drop down hitch mount I just installed a few weeks ago. Its a pain in the ass if I want to open the hatch, but it sure beats having it on top or in the Jeep.

Also scored a spare tire carrier on the cheap off FB. Pretty happy with it, but it does hang down a little lower than id like. Even made it out to hollister to witness some classic JK action

Sold my CavFab kit and went with the Trail Forged setup. The powder coating alone was worth swapping for, and it clears my trackbar hardware!! Also made a cup holder, very happy with it. Cost me 15 bucks in parts :clap:
