Did ya find out the problem? I had a some what same situation. On a climb or going over an something, my jeep would sputter and act funny. On level ground it ran fine. We changed out, TPS, MAP sensor, looked for vacum leaks. Turned out to be the hose on the fuel pump had slipped off slightly...
