I don't recall the bushing. That was 5-6 years ago. I've been running a stock 4 link set up, but I did put some RE knock off adjustable uppers on while the engine was out last summer.
Not much of a lift either, up country leafs with an extra main leaf in the pack, ZJ coils up front. One day...
I chalked it up to me buying the cheapest bushings available on RockAuto. I thought about changing back to rubber last summer when the motor was out for a rebuild. I even bought Omix Ada clevite bushings, but decided it wasn't worth the effort.
Now I'm in the middle of putting the bushings I...
I run poly in the UCA axle positions only after running cheap rubber bushings that were thrashed after 1 long wheeling weekend. I didn't want to deal with changing them again. A couple things to note about my XJ: it's pretty loud, rattled, and squeaky all around, no carpet.
Although I go...
I thought I'd add a post to this conversation because this discussion just helped me solve a problem that I've had with my 88 for almost 3 months.
Cruiser said "We had one customer that drove us nuts with a slight jerking issue. It ended up being indexing of the dizzy."
My Jeep had a fishbite...
I recently picked up a Picoscope so I've been playing around testing sensors. My idle kind of surges a bit and I noticed that the surge directly lines up with the O2 switching from lean to rich.

You could also get a pulse tester.

Basically, you prime the fuel rail with the engine...
There should be a chart somewhere that gives you the current rating for the fusible links by wire gauge. Here's one: https://images.app.goo.gl/WncqUb4shoSnonTo9
Where did you relocate the computer too?
Do you think the crack could be welded?
Probably a lot more than you want to spend but I noticed this about a week ago.

Well, the signal pin in the O2 sensor harness (engine side) was pushing back into the harness when I connected it. Problem solved.
Onto the next problem...
