Other than location at serrano and dates are there any other details on the event? Trail run times? Registration? Tshirts? Thanks

Hi guys,
I'm doing a conversion for a friend from 2wd to 4wd for a 99 4.0 aw4 auto and just sourced the hp d30 front axle. If I'm right the d30 has 3.73 gears and the xj currently has 3.55 in the c8.25 rear.
I was thinking of swapping a new ring and pinion 3.73 in the rear to match the new...
So I was looking at events to go to and I've never done the Rubicon. I was looking into the Jeep Jamboree but at the end if the event requirements it says that no Jeep models '96 and older can participate? Is this a liability thing? Seems pretty lame especially since mines a '96. Any idea why...
So this is still in standoff mode as of this posting. Not sure if the driver is armed or what.
My real question is, if you look at the picture of the driver front tire, it has been pulled out. In a cv axle I get how this happens but what happened here? Hub failure? Knuckle sheared off?

So, I'm going about 6 months with my Thor cowl and while I love the sound and free space where the old intake was, the whistling screeching sound at partial open throttle is killing me.
I've seen on another cowl discussion where folks suggested spraying sound deadening foam in the cowl or...
I just installed the new made in America zj fan clutch from Napa into my 96 xj and noticed that the new one is slotted where the original has holes. The new one only came with some lock washers.
Should I install these lock washers and or flat washers under them? Also, the original nuts are not...
I have a chance to pick up a new 2020 gladiator d44 rear end very cheap and wanted to know if anyone has looked up whether or not this will fit an xj. Thanks

So this is v1 but I finally took the cutting wheel to the cowl for a cold air intake and decided to do a cabin air filter mod at the same time. I have bad allergies and so I needed something. With some Bobby pins and a sheet of carbon pre filter I've got something that should catch a bunch of...
Hey guys,
Can't solve a no spark but turns over issue in my brother in law's 2000 xj. Anyone have a shop near Brea they can recommend? Thanks
-no spark, fuel pressure good, replaced coil, turns over but no start
Hey Guys,
Can someone please recommend a good 4x4 alignment shop around Pasadena? I'm in the final stages of isolating death wobble and need a good shop to get my alignment right as well as eliminate tire balance. I can't drive far as I still get severe DW when I hit 45 mph :(
Thanks,
Phil

Last year I installed a Rugged Ridge heavy duty crossover steering conversion kit. A few days ago I noticed a popping sound when turning the wheel in either direction. I went under and noticed that the ball joint at the pittman arm / drag link was totally shot...

So after searching for years I finally found a red 4 door xj in a 5spd with just over 105,000 miles! Had to fly to Sacramento to get it and couldn't be happier. (except that it's an SE with no cup holders). I had one in college and had to sell it to pay for tuition but I'm back in the game now...
