So any theories appreciated on this. So my shift fork broke and I decided to just do a full clutch replacement. I resurface the flywheel, replaced the pressure plate, clutch and broken part. Shortly after completing all this, I noticed the clutch felt like it wasnt disengaging all the way when...
Going to the dark side. Scored a killer TJ. XJ is now on the back burner. Ready to go. Great XJ with plenty of good time left.

I will be camping in Loon Lake in August with family and friends. I will be bringing the XJ up for some scenic driving with them. I have never camped there or wheeled. You guys have susggestion for some trails that I can go on without the need for spotters or help from fellow friends? If I can...
Not sure if it can be done. Looking to add a couple of inches and was wondering if anyone has added the budget lift, (I.E. coil spaces and leaf blocks), to a R.E. Express superflex lift. I do have the full leaf packs with shackles in the back and SLE kit. Thanks
The last couple of time going out, I have put the Tcase in 4lo, and while going up articlulating hills, it violently jumps out. Then getting it back in is not pretty either. After a couple of these, it stays in 4lo all day no problem. Any ideas?
Going to Downiville with some buds for some MTB. I thought I would take the XJ
and toy around also. Anyone have any pics, tips, or recommended trails.
Thanks
Hi
Going to swap the 8.25 27 spline with a newer 29 spline, non ABS, axle. What more needs to be done to hook the disk brakes up from the old drum format. Cables, lines, brake boosters?
Thanks
I was wondering if pre 97 Wranglers are worth getting since they have full leaf packs. I have a 94 XJ now with 4 inch lift, armor, etc....and was wondering if those Wranglers are just as capable and flexible as the xj. The price of them as well as aftermarket stuff is what is attracting me.
I am in the market for rock rails. Which are best. The ones that form to the bottom of the body or the ones that bolt on to the frame rail and stick out a couple of inches.
Hi Guys
Anyone have a recommendation on replacement hardware size for Rubicon Express lift. I want to get new hardware for the rear leaf install instead of using the old stuff. Should I get longer bolts or same size. Anyone know off hand how long and size I should get.
Thanks.
Hi Guys and Gals
I am getting ready to do some work on a recently accuired 94 sport with 63k miles. We just got a 4.5 inch Rubicon Express super flex lift with a limited slip yoke kit and new drive shaft. Also am getting 15x8 8 hole Cragers with 32x11.5 Kumho MT. SO what kind of tips (links)...
Just wondering. Looking for tires for the up and coming lift of our XJ. Found some 33x12.5x15 on wheels with a 3.75 backspacing for a decent price. So question is, are these to big or wide for a 94 Cherokee Sport with a 4.5 superflex Rubicon Express lift? Thanks
We are getting ready to install a Super Flex Rubicon lifts to 4.5 on a 94 XJ. Some of the sites I have ran into recommended a slip yoke eliminator. Can someone tell me what this does and is it absolutly needed.
