I bought these about 2-1/2yrs ago:
Crown Automotive 4886186AA Leaf Spring Assembly
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009X1YAZS/
They're supposedly equivalent to the UpCountry pkg springs.
I did the ZJ fuel tank swap based off the post where RedJeep2.0 talked about it. The ZJ tank bolts right in, and will give you about an extra 5gal of fuel capacity.
Even though most parts catalogs I've looked at has different specs for the Bosch XJ fuel pump vs the Bosch ZJ fuel pump, the #s...
I've got the same problem, changing the batteries didn't do anything.
Seems like there is something bad with the fob, when it doesn't work I give it a couple sharp smacks and it'll work again.
I will probably just cut to the chase and put in something aftermarket, like a door lock/unlock &...
I picked this one up from Amazon about 2yrs ago. Seemed solid and haven't had any issues with it during that time.
TYC 700095 Jeep Replacement Blower Assembly
Thank you.
I only posted the Amazon link as a reference. If the local parts places have them in stock for less, I will likely buy local especially if I can knock 20% - 30% off with a coupon (like Advance Auto tends to do often).
Cables are already order and on the way, and the stock 117 amp is only staying put until I put in a bigger one.
So the 1/0 cables are part of the upgrade path for me, regardless of whether they're necessary or not.
All I'm trying to do right now is confirm whether a 125amp fuse like I asked...
Sorry to dredge this thread back up, but I figure it's better than a new post on the same topic.
I'm doing the wiring upgrades to 1/0 cable, and (supposedly) have a 117amp alternator in the XJ.
Just to double check, a 125amp fuse like this one would be appropriate, correct? Littelfuse MEG125 Fuse
Protofab4x4 has a tire carrier bumper that mounts the tire on the driver's side.
Good pricing, too. When I finally get around to buying a rear bumper, this is the one I'm getting.

Bought this a couple of years ago to replace what I'm pretty sure was the original radiator.
CARQUEST Radiator Part No. 432335
No issues on the install, and I'm running pretty cool out here in the LV summers.
Make sure you use one of the online coupon codes for 15%/20%/30% off if you order...
Haven't put a skid plate on there yet, been looking for an OEM one from a junkyard or someone parting out so I can test fit (on the cheap) to see if there are any issues clearing the ZJ tank. From reading thru the original thread where RedJeep2.0 did the swap, it looks like they both hang down...
A ZJ gas tank will plug right in to replace the XJ tank and will get you a hair over 25gal. Not quite the +10gal that the GenRight will give you, but getting an extra 5gal capacity for about $40 or so let me put some $$$ elsewhere.
XJ on the left, ZJ on the right. I threw in a new fuel pump...
I did close to the same thing last year.
Moog CC782 in the front and Crown 4886186AA leafs + JKS 1" shackles in the back.
Didn't drop the transfer case since there were no vibration issues.
Installed YJ brake lines from NAPA, and new bumpstops while I was at it (sorry, don't have the part #s...
I've got the Midland 75-822. Same deal as the Cobra above, works well & I usually keep it stashed out of sight under the seat until I need to use it.

Bought those and sent them back. They stick on with double-sided 3M tape, didn't seem to conform to the window edges well and the tape wasn't all that great.
Ended up getting these instead, they insert into the window channels (no tape required) and have a cleaner look. Costs twice as much, but...
