I developed a rear end clunk over bumps. I can replicate this noise by shaking the jeep side to side. I had a buddy do this and I went underneath to find the noise. Grabbing all suspect comments the clunk was coming from the drum. I could see the drum moving slightly from the hub. I re torqued...
I have a header and exhaust w/o cats. i doubt exhaust would null the cam. Whats a "Wego" what programs do people usually tune these motors with?

I just finished fixing lots of nasty rocker panel rust. Will be respraying the jeep the same color.
I plan on sanding the clear and respraying the same color base (2 coats) and 2-3 coats clear.

If you really wanted a good look, I would drop the oil pan and pop a cap off one of the rods and check how the bearings are wearing. Could also plasti gauge the bearings to see what stage of wear. could also look into the cylinders and check for scoring or excessive wear, check if the cylinder...

Jeep runs drives, and shifts fine. Recently all at once my dash went haywire.

The problem has been Solved!
Even tho the drive shaft looked newish and good, I took it into a shop and got it balanced and straightened. Drives smooth and silent now.

Update 2:
Still have the same noise/vibration
I replaced the Double cardan joint, ball and ujoints. Also well lubed the splines.
The front shaft is now fully rebuilt. Zero play.
I also replaced the Track bar, and got an alignment. Toe was bad but made no difference.
I removed the rear drive...
