Is there anyone that can help me search down a clutch pedal for my 89 Comanche? I removed it from the assembly and realized it’s the same pedal as what’s on my Cherokee. So anyone with a Comanche or Cherokee clutch pedal they want to sell me?
Anyone’s?
I have a 1989 Jeep Comanche in-line 6 manual transmission 2wd short bed. It has bucket seats from a Cherokee installed. All new speakers including 6x9 s begins the seats, has 3” lift in the front from new springs and spacer. Rear shackle lift. All new with zero miles on them Bilstein shocks...
So my love for the comanche surpasses that of the cherokee. My first memory of a comanche would be in 1989 when my grandfather bought new an 89 black with red pin striping 2.5 2wd long bed. He shortly after had installed a white bed shell and a carpet kit. Growing up I was driven to school in it...
I've gone up to 35s and I'm still running my d35. So knowing it is labeled as a ticking time bomb is like to start my search for the axle now. I'm looking for explorer 8.8 axle with 4.10 gears. Disk brakes preferred . And I don't mind open diff or limited slip. Lemme know what guys have seen or...

I know this is last minute as I didn't know how the weather would turn out. As of now it's 2 xj's going . This will be one of my last wheeling trips before moving half way across the states to kansas.
So as the title states in December I will be moving from Northern California to kansas. I have a few questions.... What trails are there around? How difficult is it to find xj parts out there? What 4wheel drive organizations does kansas have?
Up for sale is a Uhaul tow hitch receiver that uses bolts thru the frame( no nut strips). Was on my xj when I bought it and just removed it since I will not be towing anything behind my 4cyl powered xj. All hardware to install is included.( I'd replace the nuts and bolts to new before installing...
Ok so I figured since I haven't seen a thread like this I'd go ahead and make one. Since I live so close to most of these trails/ forest service roads I am planning to get aquired to how my jeep handles and slowly tune it by exploring as many of these roads as I can. As with any outting you...
Ok I have used the search function along with searching yahoo and have come up with no tutorials on how to change the turn signal switch in my non tilt column. My turn signal switch has been broken since I bought the jeep( when turning left I would manually have to turn off the blinkers. Today...
Ok so currently I have 2" coil spacers and 2" shackles lifting my xj but I eventually plan to go up to around 5.5" total lift. In my recent running down issues on my xj I realized my track bar is fairly worn and id like to recenter my axle . So what adjustable track bar would work right now with...
So I've done a lot of these forum intros but haven't had to do one in a few years. Names tommy. I have been into building cars since I was 16. That is also when I fell in love with the cherokee. My mom had a 96 4 door 2wd 2.5 manual and I knew one day I would have my own cherokee but it would...
