I had the same problem.....tried two if randy's kits and then the driver side seal in the disco housing twice.....with no luck.....don't know what the deal was but now it is on to a 44 front.
I think this has been talked about before. Everyone agreed that by the time you design, buy materials, fabricate and then install, you would be better off just buying the drop brackets.
Shipping will be expensive pickup might be the best. I live in the raligh nc area, but will be heading to the hampton roads area the weekend. So let me know if i need to bring it buy fri evening.
