axle seal replacement question about bearing races.

I've always followed the idea that if I'm in there, I might as well replace anything else that can wear. If the bearings and races are relatively new, then I tend not to worry. Otherwise, replace.

    leaf spring repair

Also, make sure that your ubolts are torqued properly. If they aren't, then the springs can shift which puts pressure on those clamps, which in turn causes them to spread and eventually slide off.

    Jeep died randomly

Sounds to me like you have a bare wire somewhere that is being shorted out, causing the fuse to blow. I'd start checking all hot wires in that circuit.

Sloshing in AC, flooding passenger side

I wonder if there is a backflow device that could be used, like a one-way check valve that would allow the fluid to leave, but nothing else to get back up in and clog it? I've seen drain tubes clogged by dirt dobbers before, and also get clogged from off-roading through mud holes.

Steering/wobbling issue on every XJ I've owned

steering components, improper alignment, worn ball joints, etc. will cause those issues among others. Also, were the tires brand new with a mfg date in the last year, or were they used / older tires that were swapped on? Note that you can also get new tires that have a radial pull inside of...
