The Heater/AC blower is acting up from time to time on my 98 XJ.
It can work fine for days and deliver very cool air as expected but all of a sudden the blower becomes very weak even on highest setting. I can hear the difference in the fan speed but very little air comes out. The little air...
I have a 98 XJ 4.0 that is shifting late, for example it won't shift into overdrive if I don't let my foot of the gas.
I've adjusted the TV cable and replaced the TPS sensor.
Any suggestions?

Trying to troubleshoot my XJ 98 that a while now is takes forever to shift. Second gear is quite ok but over that I have to let go of the gas to get it to shift or have to go way past 3K RPM before shifting.
Runs fine otherwise while in gear, no downshifting.

I've got a Magnaflow 23226 Cat and a Walker Front Pipe 55277.
But I don't get a great fit and think I need an adapter.
Anyone with experience what adapter to get?

Yesterday when disengaging the parking brake on my XJ 98, the button and the pin came out from the lever. Now I can no longer engage the brake, it seems that the locking mechanism isn't working. After removing the storage bin I'm able to lock the brake if I fiddle with the little metal thing...
