Actually i thnik i may still have that. I don't even have the jeep anymore but i have a few parts laying around.
As mentioned you're lucky i had email notification turned on. PM me your info and I'll see if I can't dig it up.

used but still in great shape. Easily still provide over 6" of lift. These are bigoffroad leaf packs which are designed to provide 6" of lift even with a heavy bumper and lots of gear in the back. So empty this will give even more.
The leaf springs will come with 1.5" extended shackles...
What's the trick to getting this linkage loose? the linkage for the t-case is mounted in the side of the trans and I can't get the damn thing loose. The whole assembly is pretty much hanging on the linkage waiting for me to get it loose. well..that and a jack underneath it but still. how do you...
Yes this is in direct regards to not having the EGR system. And yes i know 91's don't have an EGR. that's why they're complaining. They tell me they're only to inspect for what came original in the vehicle with no room for motor swaps or emissions control changes. Well my 1988 truck no...
In the 1988 FSM i have it has a short blurb in the general motor section that says that the emissions uses an EGR system blah blah blah. well i want to see/read that same section regarding the 1991 engine.
Also/or a Fuel Evaporative System Diagram for the 4.0. That would show what I need...
If you have a 1991 XJ FSM with all the engine info in it, Please contact me. I need to see the one page explaining the emissions controls for the 4.0. I'm having a debate with my local emissions inspection station. I kind of need this info sooner than later so any help now is GREATLY...
The ground seems to be fine at both the side marker and both in Turn and park in the front lamp.
Another suggestion was the turn switch on the column. So i'm going to get that and plug it in and test it.
So i've got to get my junk inspected again this year and I've been having a problem with the front right parking lamp (the one under the headlamp) When the parking lights/headlights are on the light does not come on. Turn signal it flashes fine. When the parking lights/headlamp is on the...
Yes. it it should work out well for you. I did mine following these directions and it worked great, first shot. I didn't bother stretching the case. I just knocked it in. .015 isn't really that much, it'll go in without much problem.
don't know. the person I got them from never sent me page 44. I believe it has to do with setting the pinion depth with a depth tool. I bought spicer gears so I used the engraved markings to adjust pinion depth appropriately.

The preload should be make the carrier snug in the housing. It should take some tools to get it out.
The D44 manual I have has this to say about preload. once you measure the slack side ot side and get backlash set and then add the .015 shims you preload should be set correctly. There...
All day.....Hell it only took me 4hrs from open to close and i've never cracked the t-case open before. And that was taking my time and putting away random tools in the process. It's not hard with patience, and basic hand tools. The only thing you'll need is a good set of lockring pliers...
the 'auto' should come from the input pressure. the other port you're speaking of is probably an unloader. This if it's hooked up between the compressor and a check valve will let the pressure out of the line so that it reduces the strain on the compressor when it starts up. it's nice to have...
those Diag braces were/are a huge pain in the ass. and no they're not really needed. Clayton and his team beat teh absolute sh*t out of their rigs and they're running the same thing they ship in their kits.
It leaks from the TOP where the tube goes into the pumpkin? there shouldn't even be oil up there. If so it's AWFULLY full. there should be oil out in the tubes but it shouldn't be so much that it would come out of the top.
The JKS XJ trackbar mount at the frame end is a bolt in teh vertical direction in a johnny joint. (limited range of motion as the axle travels down)
The WJ tracbar has a bolt mounted horizontally so there is no restriction of movement in the up/down direction (if you ignore axle twist for the...
You can cut the outter skin like I did and fold the inner skin forward and weld it shut. Or vice versa, cut the back skin and fold the outer skin in. either way it's about 8" max and tapers. there are a bunch of posts here in the mod tech forum on hacking the rear quarters.
