    So I went to put two inches on my Jeep and broke all four bar pin bolts on the rear shocks. Three of them drilled and tapped fine but one broke the bit inside the bolt.     Just letting off some steam

    So my buddy and I went to put two inches on my 92 today and after seven hours, we had the rear shocks done. All four of the bar pin bolts broke after a week of spraying. Lying on your back breaking and badly re-sharpening drill bits gets old really fast. At least we had air tools.

    Does any one know how much DOM tubing weighs per foot? I'm designing a roof rack and don't want too much weight up high. I'm thinking 1.5" .120 wall for the frame and 1.25" .120 for the rest. Has anyone built one and have any tips or advice. I'm pretty new to metal fab. Cheers

    Axlewrap

    Can anyone acually describe what axlewrap feels like? I just pulled the rear sway bar on my 92 and it seems to take a second longer to get moving after I push the gas. It's got 140K miles and one bad shock passenger rear.
