So I went to put two inches on my Jeep and broke all four bar pin bolts on the rear shocks. Three of them drilled and tapped fine but one broke the bit inside the bolt. Our solution was to use a carbide bit on a die grinder to cut out the whole bolt and treads then put a bolt with a big washer...

So my buddy and I went to put two inches on my 92 today and after seven hours, we had the rear shocks done. All four of the bar pin bolts broke after a week of spraying. Lying on your back breaking and badly re-sharpening drill bits gets old really fast. At least we had air tools.

Can anyone acually describe what axlewrap feels like? I just pulled the rear sway bar on my 92 and it seems to take a second longer to get moving after I push the gas. It's got 140K miles and one bad shock passenger rear.

Does anyone know if the driver and passenger seats in a 92 4 door are interchangable? My driver seat leans and sags and the passenger one is in much, much better shape.

My 92 231 isn't shifting into 4lo properly. It kind of goes in but doesn't stay. Is it the linkage out of adjustment or a bigger(more expensive) issue
