Brand new shocks so not those pulled the spare so not those clunk was there with the stock suspension and is still there with the new 4.5" zone lift exhaust seems firm in place

I opened the liftgate and shook it up and down and didnt hear anything i think tried pulling on it when latched closed and it seemed solid.... idk

I am getting a very annoying clunk in the rear of my xj, sounds like it is inside almost. It was there before I lifted the jeep rencetly and I was hoping it was a suspension clunk and new lift would eliminate it but it did not. Any thoughts on a clunk towards the rear of the jeep?

did not post the pictures of the suspension because I eliminated that when everything turned fine once disconnected from the pitman arm so it is something north of there. What do I do to check the steering box? and column? Thanks, havent had much time to work on this I appreciate the help though

Sounds like the noise is from the column.... grrr

any write ups on how to do this? I would gladly just pull a stupid pin, working on the rear lift now then time to register it. Winters approacing, mustang wont get too far lol

Does your key turn at this point if you dont unlock the column? The confusing part to me is that I can start the car... Normally when a column locks so does the ignition... So after jacking up the axle and no results I popped the drag link off with help of the pitman fork, jacked the axle up...

Will take pictures and pop the drag link off tomorrow for you guys, appreciate the help... Do i need a pitman puller fork? I jacked the truck up about 2-3 inches on both sides to free the load on the wheels and same result still locked cant move to the left at all and to the right only like...
