Yet another... Build thread for an xj on 40s and one tons in norcal

In my state a good 5.3L is like $400 it probably would be for a trail rig well under 3k to have a well behaved 5.3 Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk

    Will this D44HP work?

I too thought a 44 was great till I popped hubs like candy and then cracked my Detroit. I then built a Dana 50 35 spline as a stand In till I can find a super sixty. this is my full width 50/10.5 on factory f350 rims. It fits pretty nice and should work great on the trails. Sent from my...

98 grand cherokee engine in a 2000 XJ?

It should bolt up. Or swap the 01 throttle body in. As far as the coils go, look up the viper coil pack mod in the performance side of the forum. Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk

My build... long arm lift, JK axle swap, stiffeners, whole 9 yards

I had a belly pan so I never paid it any mind. And if you push the limits you will start to drag no matter what your lift is. Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk

My build... long arm lift, JK axle swap, stiffeners, whole 9 yards

I am going to weigh in even though my opinions carry no weight. I love the start of this build how ever... I don't like the lift height. My old xj had 2.5 inches of lift on 35s (44 front 8.25 then trooper rear) my zj has 3.5 (same springs taller spring pads) sitting on Superduty tons. And...

    ISO: Built Axles

As you saw on my zj it isn't that much wider even sitting on 69" front 67.5 rear the only reason my fronts wider is to clear the steering but a one ton style and I could have ran stock rims without the spacer. Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk
