Installed some LED blue dash bulbs in the rig and they look really good. The only problem is they flicker from the inconsistent current produced by the alternator. Anyone else deal with this and where did they wire in a resister to cure?

Could you not drop an inch off that spring pack by removing a leaf?

Replace just the bad one or the whole set? Then am I into replacing the cam as well?

I am trying to figure out if I can use a unused relay space, in my power distribution box, to power my new regulator. It is wired for a air conditioning system that my Jeep does not have. Powered on with the ignition key, so it would be perfect. It’s also wired to the PCM, so I do not know if...

I’m running a higher amp alternator for a winch and accessories. The regulator is known to fail under those conditions. Much easier to repair than to replace the PCM.

Ok, why replace, what can happen?

I have a lifter that bleeds down overnight, and briefly rattles when I fire it up. Is this something that should be replaced, will it cause damage over time to the cam? #2 exhaust. Thanks

Ive heard of that problem, solved by running the power through a relay.

Shopping for tires today I was talking to a salesperson at Discount tire. The salesman was telling me the Cooper Discoverer tires were much better on ice, and a lot quieter than the Goodyear Duratracs. Is this fact, and just opinion?

What is your setup and what size shim? I’m installing 3 1/2” lift springs with 1/2” worth of shackle lift.

And how would you go about doing that? Is that your setup?
