if you're not wheelsing it why not just pull the front axles and have a 2 wheel drive? that shuold save you some cash. or even easier just pull the front driveshaft

I have heard some people say that the dana 30 CAD axle tube is stronger than a hp d30. Is this true? I'm not talking about the 2 piece axle vs. the single piece axle as i should be able to just swap the one piece axle from the hp30 to the CAD30. I just want to know if the CAD axle housing is...

is .01 difference in gear ratios front to back going to make a difference. i.e 3.55 up front and 3.54 in the rear?
