New relays,problem solved. I really need that write-up to go over some things though, some how he used the 87-87A type relays and even verified in other posts that it worked, the write-up even gets high remarks as being one of the best for the upgrade with very detailed step by step instructions...
update, done the mod for the foglamp, still having same problem, I did find out that the one headlamp is burning both low and high at the same time. Im replacing the relays and go from there
Im pretty sure the problem isn't in the relays unless I have a bad relay. The drivers side stays on continuously unless I disconnect both relays, or pull both fuses.

Change your filterafter the first 100 miles and cut it open to see how much of that junk is still swirling in the engine, if its not to bad get it on some MMO. I bought one gummed up just as bad, but as of right now im still having oil pressure problems
