I had great results with my JK arm swap, running it in 4 link ATM though... planning to punch out the axle side upper bushing sleeve to allow for 3 link useage...
rides way better than short arms and feels really controlled, and is way flexier than people expected it to be
they are 18" uppers...
I would not put 35s on a dana 35...
and no... more lift dos not mean more articulation... proper angles shackle angle, flexy springs, correct bump stopping, etc, that means better articulation
it would be neat to see someone attach the stock mechanical fan to an electric motor(to simulate the engine) and test it and different RPMs to figure out how many CFMs the mechanical fan pulls at idle all the way through redline
what axles are you going to run? I mean anything above 35s and even the best of the stock start to blow up
there is a lot more to going taller than 35s than a big lift and fender trimming

I have made close to 2 dozen coil spacer sets... with no problems...
Fat bobs garage sells a 3" TJ coil spacer set... they report no problems... it is setup the same way... if it is good enough for them it is good enough for me...
the guy wanted to buy a set of spacers... then he asked me...
further more he has to sign a waiver... basically it says that I am not responsible for anything that might go wrong... but really I do not see any problem here...
I found a rough country rear track bar relocation bracket... I will just order that... hard to beat for $18
as usual RCP Phx...
I have never had any problem with these spacers... also it's not uncommon at at to install a 3" BB on a TJ
besides that there is not a whole lot that can go wrong with a coil spacer
PICS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST
I am lifting a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for a local guy...
I am using a home made 3" spacer setup
so far I have the rear spacer installed and the bump stops lengthened
I have a few questions...
1.) At 3" of lift, how far should I lower the transfer case to...
