Dealt with this on my 00. I found the harness that connects to the battery was insanely corroded..I replaced it with another good one and was good to go after that. It's like 6 connections all under the hood. Took about an hour to swap the harness out

My mistake. I should have specified, I need bracket to frame rail, bottom side. I would use the search option but it won't allow me to on my phone and I have no access to a desktop for the next few days. Thanks for the response though.
