I voted maybe. The reason I didn't vote "hell yea!" is because of the possible location and current lack of understanding about..well..most of my damn Jeep. It'd be kinda worthless to spend money on a bay to stare at stuff when I can easily do that in a parking lot somewhere. :D Otherwise...

Current laws in Denver dictate that getting a ticket for "Urinating in Public" forces you to register. I've talked to plenty of guys who've come to jail (Denver) and had to register because they were caught peeing in an alley or some such.
