I wouldn't use a puller or press from Harbor Freight. They just can't stand the strain and you could be injured when they fail. Rent a decent TRE remover from the parts store, or invest in a quality one like OTC. Good luck! Greg

Did you mount the bracket in backwards? My aftermarket bracket would fit both ways and it would be uncentered if mounted backwards (upside down). Greg

Did any of the 1991+ XJs come with cruise control but not PWs and PLs? I am looking for the reliability of manual windows and locks but I often drive long distances where CC is a blessing. I'm guessing that it was all one package though as I don't think I've ever seen an XJ that had one but...
