How are you going to start a thread like this without any good pictures? Seriously, you're playing with my emotions. I'm sure alot of us would like to know more about the adapter. Is it just a flat plate? What process did you go though to make it? do you have a template?
You Rock!!! Keep on melt'n. You just got to learn the feel for it. I, like you can't wait to do something on my own, but I have learned the benefits of proper preparation. I already know how to weld but I do plan on hitting up the local technical school for some welding classes. I want to...
I had the same problem. I took a leap and replaced the pump. Now everything works great. If I remember correctly, you can get the pump for less than 100 bucks online. I wouldn't mess with the fuel lines when you can fix the problem. Plus your lookin at about $350 for the whole assembly.
I used a 12ton press from pep boys, cost me about 150. Vice-grip dial indicator from ebay for about 30. Some mini hydrolic puller tool from ebay for about 100 to pull bearings. I went yukon for gears with master install kits. They included everything I needed. If this is your first time, I...
Your pinion beaing could be bad. If tightening it down does not help, just take out your driveline and roll like that till you can get it fixed. You can replace just that pinion bearing but you have to make sure you put everything back exactly the way you took it out or you could easily mess...
You guys really aren't helping my wallet because now you got me thinkin about bigger tires. Maybe I will hold till the next set.... Then I will have to do different gears.....It's such a vicious cycle. Thanks for the replies.

I am pretty sure that if you weld it, it won't last much longer before something big breaks and leave the whole thing useless. I'm a jackass. i don't really know what i'm talking about...really.
Its a good bracket. I used on my turd upgrade(d30). Like the previous guy said, you may have to trim a little, but the braket is a great place to start.
go with rubber on one end. it will help with the bumps. When I had to shorten my RE track bar. I just cut it right next to the rubber sleave, cut to length, bolt it up, tack in place, take it out and finish up.
