i checked cf earlier today but he never said how much lift it gave him i am buying the rc 4.5 aal and am going to make a bastard pack and was wondering if anyone had any specifics other than dont use aal and try making a bastard pack ,then leaving me with nothing to go by

what springs do i use in my existing and the bastard pack with a two inch shackle to give me at or around four inches of lift

which spring from the s10 pack wld i use with shackle provided in the kit to give me the 4.5 inches

im going to be putting a rc 4.5 aal kit on my jeep and i wonder if putting an overload spring from the parts store wld help prevent this sag can this be done if not what would be the issues
