Hi all,
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
How can I "free" the wire harness without having to remove the whole dash ?
There is two stud holding the wire harness below the heater box, one is missing, is there a way to put a new one or they are welded to the frame ?
Thank you !
Hi,
I found someone parting out a '98 5.2l ZJ not too far (2h driving)
He is asking 200€ for the parts i want :
- 136A alternator (100€)
- 28mm swaybar
- Tie rod, drag link & TREs
- Proportioning valve
Do you think this is a good deal or not ?
thanks
Thanks for the reply
what would be the better stiffening for long arms ? i can see the benefits of plating the frame, but t&j stiffeners seems to add more rigidity to the frame isn't ?
I'm going to put long arms on my XJ (probably Clayton's) but i'ld like to beef up the unibody before.
I've already searched the forum and found two kits that do the job for me :
- HD offroad
- T&J stage II (like seen here)
What is your opinion on both ? What you guys runs with your long arms...
Will not the frame be weaken where the bumper mounts meet the frame stiffeners ?
At what lift is a dropped trackbar bracket and pitman arm needed ?
I'm wanting to run 33', but cant decide between 4.5" or 6.5" (clayton's longarms)... It's for moderate racing...
(sorry for the crappy pic)
Here is my dash with blue leds. I went with blue leds since there is a blue tint on the gauge/hvac/shifters. I've tried different bulbs and here are those wich worked the best.

How do you make your aftermarket bumper (like OR Fab) work with a front plating/stiffener (Brianho13's) ? Do you cut the stiffener where the bumper is bolted ?
And for a trackbar drop bracket, how do you get the two bolts on the bottom to align when using a stiffener ?
Thanks !
