at work we've rigged up something similar to the balljoint press using threaded rod, plates and a 100ton jack to deal with stubborn tower connecting pins. if you can't get enough leverage with the ball joint press, tighten it as much as you can, then give it a smack with the bfh

its hard to describe, yes the starter engages and the jeep fires right up, but the sound is like an electric motor spinning freely. i know theres no air around the starter, i was implying it sounds like the head gasket is still shot, again the jeep runs perfect, i took it for a little test run...
