Long crank time is absolutely normal on Renix fuel injection. You will never eliminate it. You can possibly reduce it by taking an hour or so and completing Tips 1,3,4, and 5 at my website. www.cruiser54.com.
Put a Mopar thermostat in. 83501426 with a coupla letters after that number.
You will have stable coolant temps then. Be sure to install it with the "jiggle valve" at the 12 o'clock position.
The only way to remove the fuel is with another electric pump hooked up to the outlet and using it to fill some 5 gallon buckets. Hopefully one bucket will be enough. Be careful with sparks and gasoline.
Fuse links come with a current rating just like fuses. A clue as to what current they are designed for is to look at the size wire they protect.
Choose the fuse according to the wire size.
Wire size current table:
18 gauge wire = 5-8 amps
16 gauge wire = 10-12 amps
14 gauge wire = 15-17 amps...
I might have something. Let me look.
Unfortunately, I have my own photos. I don't host them anywhere and NAXJA wants $45 per year premium membership for me to share my photos....
