    If fluid still flows threw you can try diluted muriatic acid not sure of the dilution ratio or time circulating but its worth a try.

    you should do some research on setting up new gears and the cost associated. there is a lot that goes into re-gearing besides just swapping carriers. used gears are notoriously hard to set up correctly without noise. you will need specialized tools and some good mechanical sense if you are...

    AX-15 $150 North Kingstown, RI

    Ax-15 Removed from a mid 90's xj used the jeep for parts i believe i still have the the short block from the jeep so the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate are available if wanted. it shifted fine for the short drive back to my house the slave cylinder is internal.

    if he can't figure it out he's not the mechanic for you look around at good local speed shops or custom shops the average run of the mill mech shop is gonna stumble around and possibly do it wrong. check superpages.com for some shops.

    Simple way to keep second batt charged?

    you really need an isolator to charge both batteries. problem with isolators is they usually drop 1/2 a volt when current is passed thru them lowering your charge capibility. you can fix this by putting the sense wire after the isolator but this might get a little tricky with a system the uses...

    every time you go wheeling your loose enough rubber to throw them out of ballance so what is the point:sure:the only way to do it is with active ballancing like bb's or other products.
