PBR in the States (obviously) couldn't find any record of this caliper. I am working with Tony from UPC Sales on Ebay in Australia to source the replacement parts. Full set of 'rubbers' per caliper is $20 AUS, Pistons are $15 AUS each. Shipping will be the main cost, still figuring out...
Appreciate it. I need to line up a replacement piston first. I do still have pad set #2 from 10 years ago. I will try to reuse those if I can get the caliper repaired. Outer Diameter on them are almost at 42mm which is about 1 3/4"... Time to start sending emails.
Thanks!

Update... I did finally get the T2 rotors come in a couple of weeks ago.. Shipping via a boat is really really really slow..
Bad news for me is after I tore into it all I see some piston damage on one of the calipers where the inner pad and metal backing to it kinda fell apart from wear. The...
I still have a set of the stockers...
I did get shipped pricing back on the T2s vs T3s..
$260, vs $616 respectively..
ouch on those T3s.. I may just get the T2s and be good with that for now, then start to build a pick list for a WJ upgrade.

No he quoted me the T2s as well. The T3s are marketed towards club racers.. Not sure I need something like that for the XJ. What I don't recall is what kind of rotor was on it originally with the kit Marcus had?
Do you recall?

I got a response back from him with pricing. If he gave them to me in USD, the T3 rotors are more than the group buy price for the kit 10 years ago.. I'm hoping that he quoted me in Australian dollars..
Waiting to hear back. Based on what he says I will either pick up a pair of T3 rotors, or...
So any difference from the original ones in the 300mm upgrade set of the 06, 07, 08 timeframe?
I'm in the need of a pair and wondering whether to go this route or even perhaps back to a setup where I can get consumables in continent...

Not sure but only basing it on the pictures in the link above..

Tell me more about this if you can please.... Should cam bearings 'occasionally' seize if the engine is working as it should and in good running shape or are you saying that the 4.0 inline six is not a very good engine.. ;-)

I have one from a 2K XJ. ~ 92k on it. No issues when pulled. Shoot me a pm if you are interested. I would have to ship it to you from IL though..

The brackets that hold the motor mounts are a different setup for the 'straight filtered' 4.0L that normally is used on TJ's.. I wouldn't go that route unless you are extremely handy with making motor mount brackets on your own and drilling and tapping 6-12 holes for accessory bracket \...
Yes.
I just ran across this recentlyas well. I was trying to use an '02 manufactured block on an '00 XJ which previosuly had a '99 manufactured block. I decided not to.
The engine mounts will not bolt on correctly. One boss on one side is short, the other side is long... Also about 5+...
