    4.5" re or 4.5" 4wd hardware

Don't know if this helps or not fwiw installed a 3" 4wd kit on a buddies tj last summer. It was a well thought out kit and he's wheeled it pretty hard. I think it actually ended up 3.5 or 4 inches and didn't settle much, so the spring rates appear to be set up for someone with bumpers/armor. I...

    TJ Flare Install Writeup...56K beware

Just to chime in to give everyone searching some info: I just finished this up a couple weeks ago, I used 4 rear flares, 2 left, 2 right. I did end up trimming a majority of the inside of the flare where the holes are and then marked a line about an inch and 3/4 all the way around the...

Renix used to cutout, now it's dead

So does mine, but he's physically looking at the wiring and there's no connection between the fuel pump relay and the red wire with the orange fusible link. The only red wire from the fuel pump relay goes to the ecu and provides battery power. We can't find the connection between the orange...

Renix used to cutout, now it's dead

Been on the phone with my lil bro and we've narrowed it down to this: Good 12v power at latch relay Connections to fuel pump ok No 12v power at fuel pump relay Jumpered 12v from battery to 30 on fuel pump relay, pump turns on and works Jumpered from 30 on latch relay to 30 on fuel pump relay...

Is there a way if you decide to change systems to "uninstall" the factory alarm system? Mine on the '91 doesn't make noise anymore but still cuts off the ignition.
