Hold the TB butterfly open and give it a @3 second shot of start fluid. Then try and start it. If that doesn't work, check for spark, fuel at the rail, etc.
I know this sounds like a dumb question since the switch does the same thing, but that wont 'hurt' the tranny right? Thanks for all of the input eveyone so far!!!
It wont turn over or it wont start? It probably starved the pickup for gas at that angle. Try some starting fluid or worst case scenario get a tow strap and a buddy to haul it home and look deeper.
Maybe try welding a piece of medium size angle steel on the inside of the seat frame as clsoe to the top as possible. I have had that happen to one of mine before; I just got someone to help me bend it back with the cover on and all. It was a partial success. I had to reposition the latch...
So am I to understand that on the power switch models, the switch simply supplies 12v to the c11 pin. And without the 12 volts, the shift points merely change?

Can this be done without copious amounts of work? I have exhaustively searched not only this forum but others and the web as well with no real definitive answers, only more questions. Has anyone here actually done this with success? I would like to add it to my 93, I actually like the feature...
You say you punched out the cat, did you get everything out of it? Why not just replace the cat with a straight pipe? Those things are worth a lot of money. Watch out for those feds too, they probably have a spy satellite pointed right at your exhaust! It's also against the law to speed...don't...
