Tried cleaning the connectors in the pigtails today. No results. I really have no idea where to look next. I'm wondering if my headlight switch is the culprit, but I don't want to throw any more parts at it if I know they aren't gonna fix it...

I did get lucky... Spliced the orange wire with the green wire w/ white stripe and she runs like a raped ape now. That was a close call that one was.. As to why only the orange wire corroded is beyond me.. Thanks for all the great help guys!

If you have fuel pressure at the rail then you can most likely rule out the Crank sensor. The fuel pump will not prime when that crank sensor goes out (OBD)... although im not sure how the renix setup works..
