Electrical Connection on side of cylinder head

Putting the Jeep back together after replacing the lifters. There is an electrical connection on the side of the head just below the coil rail. I Can't find anything that looks like it should plug into it. Does anyone know what this is and/or what I'm looking for to plug into it? thanks
