I had a similar issue with my 99. Ended up receiving the wrong part number via an ebay auction, but it took me a while to figure it out. I took the sellers word that they were from a '99 and they were not.

Yeah, I've retorqued everything periodically. I replaced most hardware with the same spec metric oem bolts. Maybe track bar axle end, but I see no bolt head movement evidence and the bolt is tight.

I think so. It has equal amount of turns left and right from center. Everything appears to be keyed, so I can't see how I could adjust anywhere except at the draglink. Everything was straight and almost at the end of a adjustment prior to this install. Is the zj draglink longer?
