Thanks -- good to hear it's do-able. But did you have any issues caused by the different wattages--35 for OEM and 55 for the Hellas? The Hellas wern't under-powered/dimmer than optimum?

I'm looking to buy some Hella 500 or 550 fog lights to replace the OEM fog lights on my 97 XJ. (Plan to mount them on top of my new aftermarket bumper, instead of underneath.) In terms of wiring them up, is there anything to do, other than splice the Hella wires to the OEM wires? One concern...
