just fyi I had to replace my tcu when bought the xj and got one on ebay out of a manual trans xy that had never been pluged in. Evedently they put the tcu's in the manual trans xj's and just didnt have a harness going to them so don't pass by a manual trans xj when looking.

I would go with 33's I think they would fit with triming and stock travel. I have 33's with 3" lift and trimming but I have had 35's on it and they cleared just fine, so 33's and trimming should clear with no lift.

I'm trying to figure out how this thing is over priced, this has at least $2,000 worth of upgrades if not more and I've seen guys on here give $1000 to $2000 for an untouched xj thats in good shape. Looks to me for the money you save yourself a lot of work espesialy if it is good quality stuff...
