The housing has 184,000 miles, but the only part left untouched by me on it in the last 7 years I've owned it are the unit bearings and shafts. The rest has been completely rebuilt, inner seals, all bearings, pinion seal, etc, in the regear.

I'm going to attempt sale of the axle as a whole unit first. I'll let you guys know if that changes.
