    I would put the XJ in "start" position and turn put the toggle in "on" and then when the Jeep started I would put the toggle to "off" and leave it there.     dome light always on

    I have an 85 and the dome light is always on. At first I thought it might be a stuck switch with the door, but the light gets even brighter when I open the door. Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this?

    Bushwacker cut-out fender flares. They look good and work pretty well, but cheaper and easier ones out there.

    spare tire carrier modification?

    I have a 2000 XJ and have heard that there's a way to take the doughnut tire carrier fit larger tires. Does anyone know what modifications need to made to fit a 32X11.50?
