My RE 3.5 measures at 4.5" front and rear. How I measure lift of from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the stock fender flair. 17.5 and 17" is stock. You should get at the very least 3.5" but I have never heard of an RE 3.5 lift below 4" after install.
I think my honeycomb style as I call em weighed about 20 lbs...My buddy has a nice alloy set that has the circles and they weight less then mine..and look a heck of a lot nicer..
What I did was goto the local advanced auto parts and they had some calipers and measured it for me and got me the right part..Mine ended up being 28 mm.
Is there anyway to know for sure if your system has been switched to 134a? When I bought it the owner said it was switched but the mechanic didn't leave the adaptors on and what not just converted it and went on..Anyways it needs to be charged a bit but I was hoping for a method of telling for...
I get the same noise with mine and I know it's the torque converter and plan to drive it till it goes out then replace it..I like you checked my flex plate and what not..I also had to replace my motor so mine has a new motor and I know everything is tight and every trany shop that has listened...
Porch951 If it was me I'd opt for some new 3" lift front coil and rear leaf springs then you could easily do 30's and do little to no mods..
I am curious which ebay conrol arms are you looking at..? I am looking for some control arms to compliment my 3" RC lift..Now if it's an action for just...
Good deal maybe my 91 won't need much..Brand new 30's on it so plenty of tread there so no new tires till next year maybe..:) Still tossing the idea around of just going 3" on the lift though..we'll see what happens..
