Located at Turner Pick A Part... light left front damage, mainly header panel/light bezel... runner/driver with 4.0, AW4, NP231, 8 1/4--D30, approx 148,XXX miles... nice shape, but for the light damage as mentioned... they want $1500 for it... Thought I'd post it here...

Anybody in Salem/Albany area have a serviceable alternator for a '95 4.0? Can't do new right this second, so looking for one to get me by for a couple weeks... help a brother out? ;-)

Driving the Aquajeep today on freeway, 65-ish... bucked a few times, CEL came on... key off, start engine, CEL gone... minute later more bucking, CEL back on... got off freeway, did Key on-off-on-off-on, got either code 12 and 41 or code 24... flashes were as follows: flash-pause flash-flash...

'95 XJ, 4.0... swapping idiot light cluster for guage cluster... oil pressure and water temp senders need to be swapped also, correct? New cluster is from a '95 as well... oil pressure sender is on oil filter adapter, but temp sender is where? T-stat housing? Thx in advance!! :twak:

The day I bought my XJ ('95, 4.0, AX-15, 300,000+miles), I was doing 65 in 5th gear and engine died, as well as radio and speedometers/guages... lights stayed on.. turn.ed key from "run" back one click then back to "run", all came back ... is very random ... has happened dozen times or so over...

Anyone out there know how the factory roof rack attatches on a Cherokee? Needing a rack, but can't afford aftermarket right now... can get stock rack cheap from wreckers... unless someone has something for sale/donation!!! Thx

For those not in the know, I had a rather horrible accident on my Raptor 660 on April 25... messing around on my acre, I ended up thrown into a tree ... son found me unconscious and broken, called for 911... was Life Flighted to Salem Hospital, and shortly up to OHSU... shopping list of...

'95 XJ, 4.0, 5spd... while cruising the freeway (has not happened in the city yet) the engine dies, as if someone just shut the key off... headlights and accessories remain running... clutch in, turn key off then back on and engine resumes running... and it is really random- might be weeks or...
