OK 92 xj HP dana 30. Swapping out the stock axle shafts with chromoly shafts and can't get the driver side inner axle shaft out. Passenger side came out no problem but driver's side doesn't even feel like it wants to budge. I've searched and can't find any ideas....I do have a front locker...

OK got the new chromo axles ready to go in. Disassembled the hub but I can't get the driver side axle shaft out. 92 XJ Dana 30 Is there a c clip or something holding it in? I was expecting it to slide right out. :( Chris

Started a new thread for the build. Going to cut the top off the XJ at the window line and install a new cage. Probably going to put on an alum top. Got a 4 person intercom system to go in and some heated PRP's. Here's a few pics of the tear down.

Almost new 42" wide PRP Bench Seat and frame from my 92 XJ. Built the frame and added this seat for a few trips last year. Going a different route. Seat is in perfect condition and frame built to bolt into stock seat mounts. $200.

OK just installed a new 231HD from JB conversions into my 92 XJ to replace the 231J. Everything seems great except that when it's in 2 wheel drive the PART TIME light is on and when in 4 high or low the light goes out.....just the opposite of what it should do. What do I need to do? Linkage...
