Is there an interchange listing that shows what tranny control modules can be used in what rigs? i have a 90 xj that needs a new one and i'd like to know if i need the exact number of the one i have or if i can swap it for a different tcm without any problems. TIA

Built a new crossmember that sits flush with the frame rails. This raised the t-case up a bit and now the mech. fan is really close to the fan shroud. Will getting 1" raised motor mounts help? Or should I just trim the shroud and hope the fan doesn't eat my radiator under engine torque?

I am in the process of using 4x3x1/4 c-channel to sleeve my frame rails and not too sure what to do about the RE drop brackets and braces I have. I do not plan of changing my front suspension. Should I just notch out the c-channel and weld it to the DB and braces? Any other ideas?

Well, picked up an AW4 trans from the salvage. Of course, the guys says it'll bolt right into our 97. (Also has Aw4) Turns out the electrical plugs are different. Anyone know what we can do to make this work, or do we have to get a 97 model trans? It's sitting there with the trans out now...

What would cause my serpentine belt to shred? The belt had about 1k on it and I have recently changed the ps pump and box. The ps pump is from a TJ and the pulleys looked identical in size and had amount of grooves. I don't think I over tighten it. what gives?
