    Junkyard Shocks?

    I used F-150 shocks for the rear with 3 inches of lift and they were just a little on the long side. If you want an extremely long shock, look for a new Ford super duty. With 8 inches of lift the shocks are almost too long.

    Why english is important.

    I have had many similar experiences. I am taking my 1st year schooling for a Machinist and there are a few guys in my class who do not speak very good english. Long story short, they are a hazard to anyone working close to them, just because they do not understand when the teacher tells them...

    Driving without trackbar?

    I cant even jack up on my axle with no trackbar without the whole front diff trying to slide out from under the jeep....i could never imagine trying to drive it.

    Do they still make those Armstrong tires? Back in the day those were a good off road tire, but today i dont think they would perform very good compared to other options.

    It is most likely the original front axle, because the wagoneers came with the "select trac" (full time) transfer case.

    I would definitaly say take them, especially if there free. Even if you dont do the swap for a while, at least you would have most of the stuff you need already.

    Would anyone happen to know the diameter of the bolt circle where the tail cone bolts to the T case? (Pre-97 NP-231)

    Since your in Canada, ordering Rusty's products could be a problem, but i know that BDS sells a shock for 8 inch lift.
