Do you have the threaded studs in your roof to mount the rack to? If not then I wouldn't open up that can of worms. I would suggest the gutter mount cross bars from Thule or something like that.

I used one sheet of 3/4" MDF. I will go get you some measurements when I get a chance. The amp rack is thinner MDF.

Ahhhh checked everything TB related and it is all fine. I have replaces 4 TPS's as well and 2 IAC's and one MAP just to be sure.

Yah I had the whole airbag out and on the bench then I unplugged both harnesses from the actual clockspring as well.

When I unplugged the Clockspring under the airbag it was still running like crap. I think I may have a bad head gasket. The coolant is rust colored and there is a milky substance in the oil through the dipstick. I am going to go drain the oil and have a look at it but I think this all just got...

Is the antifreeze rust colored and the oil milky. Maybe a blown head gasket.

Went out and started it up and it now idle is holing at 3500 RPM. When put in drive it drops to about 2500 RPM. I sprayed carb cleaner and found no vac leaks. I checked for anything loose with the peddle and nothing looks unusual. I am at a loss here. I will try replacing the other TB sensors...
