Here's a shop in Puerto Rico (Waldys Off Road) that installs mainly Rusty's parts. They main in rough muddy terrain in the mountains.
Check out this channel for build and trail rides. Videos posted almost daily.
All in spanish but fun to watch.

Leaf springs only fit one way. (+)/arrow - towards front (body side).
Reinstalled RC extended shackle. Axle still seems to be a little bit forward. I'll put 500# or so, drive it a few hundred miles.
Will post updates.
Thanks..

Wondering if anyone has run into this. I recently installed new OME CS033RA springs and ironman4x4fab adjustable shackle relocation kit. After install, the axle shifted forward.
I called ARB support, emailed photos, they believe the shackle relocation is the culprit. I'm going to remove...
Correct, ordered Alpha series.
I'll start an install thread. I've searched their 4 link but didn't find much info on it.
Will keep you posted.

Hopefully the vendor will reply on Monday. All the tie rods arrived attached to the rods. They were not in a box.
Thanks for the input.

I took the tie rod this morning to Ace Hardware. Tried different castle nuts. M16 x1.50 fit perfectly. Very strange.
5/8-18, would go maybe 3 threads and stop.
I'll go one extra to keep in the XJ, in case I mess that one up, if I ever have to remove it.
Thanks for the feedback.
I've searched the web along with just about all forums. Not able to find the answer..
I purchased a 1 ton UTK kit from a well known vendor. I've sent them an email, waiting for reply.
Tie rod part number ES2010L castle nut has the wrong pitch. I emailed Moog to confirm, they say it's 5/8 -...
Wanted to get your thoughts.
Been searching for a while and found a set of 5 moab 16's with Uniroyal 245/75r16. Asking price is $500.
Once I wear them out, I would like to go with a tire that's close to 33". Prices on 16" tire higher. If I go with 285/75r16, will I rub? I've got a 4.5" lift...
let us know how it goes. i'm just worried about the flexible hose having to run under the fender towards the front. this will be a problem with the jeeps that have the washer bottle in that area.
How's the snorkel holding up? Did you guys manage to find a path around the washer bottle? Did you end up getting on at the junkyard?
I'm also thinking of getting that snorkel..
Thanks..,.
