Leaf springs only fit one way. (+)/arrow - towards front (body side). Reinstalled RC extended shackle. Axle still seems to be a little bit forward. I'll put 500# or so, drive it a few hundred miles. Will post updates. Thanks.. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

I took the tie rod this morning to Ace Hardware. Tried different castle nuts. M16 x1.50 fit perfectly. Very strange. 5/8-18, would go maybe 3 threads and stop. I'll go one extra to keep in the XJ, in case I mess that one up, if I ever have to remove it. Thanks for the feedback.

let us know how it goes. i'm just worried about the flexible hose having to run under the fender towards the front. this will be a problem with the jeeps that have the washer bottle in that area.
