Got it working this morning...old fan must have been really bad, it seems as though it blew the new relay too. Put in another new relay and all was well!

Working on a 2003 GC 4.0 with a single electric cooling fan, no additional condenser fan. Checked all fuses, wiring and has a new relay and a new fan motor and assembly, yet the fan will still not come on with the a/c or when it gets hot. I've let it get to over 230*F and it still doesn't come...

Has anybody else used this? I think it seems pretty cool.

Well, since they'd be on a 16x8, they would be 265/75/16's which are 33's but only like 11.5 wide, maybe 11.0 but something like that.

So if I'm going with the 5.5" from them, would you recommend using 32's or 33's?? I will not be trimming just like you and they will be mounted on MOAB Rubicon rims.

Kinda defeats the purpose doesn't it? I had mine the same way, but to be honest, as bright as they were, I couldn't see as well as I'd like, simply because of how far they had to be aimed down, and there was still the occasional flash...now after switching to IPF housings, upgraded harness, and...

X2...I had the same thing happen, only mine didn't take a day, it happened right after I tested everything and put it all back together...cleaned and tightened ground...no problems since.

It will work with stock headlights...I would still recommend changing the housings and bulbs though
