I would buy this but I'm in the middle of a move and I've got to go back to Texas for work in a few days.
I thought someone else might be able to use the parts rig.
It would take me too long to go get it and haul it back and find a spot where nobody would see it while I picked it's bones.

searched but didn't quite find what i was looking for... I had rats under my hood again, is the aw4 solenoid set vacuum or electric? I havn't been under it to check but I had to patch up the harness and the solenoids don't operate now. Transmission shifts manually with no issues
Driving home from work, Maine to Oklahoma, and spotted two good looking white rigs in the walmart parking lot in between lake Washington and stewart international airport.
Just wanted to say hey, if you are on here, and happy trails!
Have fun out there,
Trent
made it back home for 2 weeks r&r.
replaced the battery in the green jeep, got both running and moved some fluids around. the '89 sounds worse every time i go home.
I'm in the market for a car trailer if anyone has a decent one for sale.
Also still need transmission solenoids, but there are...
I'd like to go about 3 inches over stock for the new suspension on the red jeep, but was wondering anyone had the same lift and if it affected the gas milage
replaced the dipstick and topped off the fluids - will do a full fluid and filter swap when i replace the solenoids some day. for now it will sit until i get my next spot of time off.
I guess I'm going to Kansas next...

1996 2wd with front end damage
I was going to pick it up for an HO swap and for the manual doors but I was shot down.
guy wants 350$ for the whole thing and will deliver within OKC for gas money.
He has already sold the injectors so...
transmission dipstick is broke off at the neck and nobody can find a part number for it. looks like i'm going to the junk yard some time.
I'll have to pick up an extra transmission pan, set of solenoids, and solid passenger side d30 axle to eliminate that dang vacuum disco.
so --- I found out the dipstick tube was separated from the pan, the PO broke it the ground it down to fit and attached it with rtv.
I'm going to the junk yard some time here soon to pick up a transmission pan, set of solenoids, dip stick and maybe a new radiator from oreilys.
wish me luck.
So - Does this mean it fragged or am I looking at something else? This is on a parts vehicle I've been tinkering with trying to get it running, started smoking after driving home from getting it tagged at 55-65 mph. All Stock. 1988 Laredo.
