Looks like that's what I'm heading for. As I understand it, creating a hard connection between the pipe or muffler and the unibody can increase tha vibration and cabin noise. That's why they are all made out of rubber.

Mine succumbed to rust. Looks like Mopar and everyone else doesn't make them anymore. There's a universal made by Walker and Dynomax however the 2 pieces of rubber that look like they are supposed to come together at the top to put the bolts through, don't. Anyone have ideas what to do? Not...

I don't remember who's version I installed of the harness but nonetheless I have one suggestion. Wherever they have wires crimped together, solder it. I had my headlightlights go out more than once and that is 2 times too many.

While I haven't checked, I can't imagine that the offset in price when amortized over the length of ownership of the vehicle would make someone go with OEM. I have a CSF 3 row and love it. It worked when nothing else would.

I have the CSF 3 core and it resolved an overheating problem. I would recommend highly since you've tried everything else.

Everything you've written sounds like an IAC valve needs to be cleaned or replaced.
