Any ideas where to get a replacement for a drive shaft boot on a stock 99. One way or another mine is ripped in half and instead of keeping out dirt and water its retaining it. I searched through the treads but all I could find was reminders to put it back on when re-assembling your drive-line.

Trying to splice the wires for my O2 sensor that got ripped off by my drive shaft. anyone know which wires go to which? I've got two white ones coming off the sensor itself too. HELP ME

I am in the same boat, any idea which white wire goes to what? there are two of them. My Haynes manual diagram has totally different colors?

i have a stock shaft on a 99. I installed a 2" rancho add-a-leaf to correct sagging stock leafs and get vibes mostly during deceleration.

Got vibrations. I need to measure my angles, (pinion, etc.) in the rear. I have an angle finder, but where do I take the readings from? Also once I have them, how do I figure out which size shim to get. I'm sure this is a simple thing, I just need a bump in the right direction.:huh:

Thanks guys. I think I'll try the 3M stuff and put them back on, and if that sucks or looks like crap, I'll just go without. The passenger side is a little bent and cracked. It does look good without them though. Thanks for the pics. After I do it, I'll try and put some updated pictures up...

The black plastic trim that runs along the bottom of my doors on my 99 Sport is starting to peel off. It's actually catching the passenger door at times. Searched, but couldn't find anything specific. Anybody encounter this or know of a way to fix it? I've got a few pics.

I have an 8.25. An inch longer sounds about right, but short of taking a stock u-bolt back off, I don't know what size they are. Height width thickness, thread, etc. Thats what I was looking for.

Just put on a Rancho add-a-leaf on my 99. Going to try and shim due to vibes. My u-bolts are out of thread. Any idea what the stock U-bolt size was so I can figure out what new ones to get? Anyone know what size u-bolt I should get to compensate for the add-a-leaf and the shims?

axle shim size? Just recently put a Rancho 2" add-a-leaf in my 99. I'm getting the standard vibes around 35mph and up. I'd like to try axle shims ( guessing 2 degree) to correct this. Also, I'm thinking that I'll have to replace my u-bolts because with the add-a-leaf they are just about out...

Anybody find a final solution to this problem. I've just been told my 99 is doing this as well. Did the replacement switch solve the problem?

I have a BB installed (spacers and shackles). Ever since the installation, the shifter for my transfer case has been drifting up and causing a vibration. It goes away when I push it back down, however eventually drifts back up. It is not drifting up far enough to engage 4WD or anything like...
